Online Facilitation for Green-Minded Trainers

In cooperation with the Green European Foundation, and with the financial support of the European Parliament to the Green European Foundation, we delivered the online training Online Facilitation for Green Minded Trainers. Designed for facilitators working in the fields of political ecology and environmental sustainability, this training offered tools and insights on how to design online events which embody green values, from choosing the right platform, methodology to actual facilitation during the event.

Online Facilitation for Civic Europe

Civic Europe is an incubator for locally rooted civic initiatives, organizations and individuals in Central, Eastern and Southern Europe realized by MitOst and Sofia Platform, funded by Stiftung Mercator. For the needs of the program team, as well as its participants, we designed and delivered a training about online facilitation, with a focus on facilitation strategies and tools for people with weak digital competence or fewer possibilities to work online.

Online Facilitation for Tandem

Tandem is a cultural collaboration program that strengthens civil society in Europe and neighboring regions, implemented by the European Cultural Foundation and MitOst e.V. We designed an online facilitation training for alumni of Tandem who need to shift the work with their communities from offline to online. Apart from the tools, methods and orientation in online facilitation practices, the training focused on transforming different types of facilitation from various fields (theater, dance, education, etc.) to work with communities online.
